SISTER MARY FRANCES WELCH, OSF (Formerly Sister Mary Peter) died Monday, February 18, 2019 at the Stella Niagara Health Center. She was born in Columbus, OH on May 23, 1927, the daughter of William and Anna (Blaney) Welch. Sister was professed Aug.

18, 1947. Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins as well as her Sisters in Community. She was the sister of the late Sister Helen Welch, OSF, Harold, Thomas, Charles, William, Catherine and Dorothy.

Sr. Mary will be waked from 3-7PM Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Stella Niagara with prayer services at 7PM, a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday at 10AM. Memorials to Sisters of St. Francis, Stella Niagara, NY 14144.
