Stephen C. Sherburn, 63, passed away Tuesday afternoon, January 22, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer. Steve was born May 11, 1955 to Frank E. and Kathleen P. (Gokey) Sherburn in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. He worked as a screen printer for Sherburn Screen Printing, enjoyed listening to music, playing his guitar and golfing.

Steve is survived by 2 sons: Jacob and Christopher Sherburn; his friend and former wife: Cheryl Sherburn; siblings: Greg (Dena) Sherburn, Thomas Sherburn, Patty (Jim) Siewert; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Steve’s family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at the Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence.

Steve enjoyed his newfound friendships there. The family appreciated the excellent care, support and kindness given to Steve. A service to celebrate and remember Steve’s life will be held Saturday, January 26, at 2:00 PM at The Walburn Chapel, 1547 W. Sherman Blvd.
