Steven Trujillo Born May 31, 1959 in San Pedro California. Steve passed away from a 17 year fight agaist Multiple Myeloma Feb 8, 2019 at the age of 59. Attended Leland Street School, Dana Middle School and graduated San Pedro High School in 1977.

Steven got his electrician certificate and entered the work field doing various jobs with includes working at Todd Shipyard, Construction work, Prioneer Medical and finding Torrance Memorial as his second home for 18 years. Steves hobbies was wood working, making skate bords when he was young to wood furniture. Steve was the overall handyman, weather it was working on cars, plumbing, jaquizies, drywall and so on.

Well known throughout Torrance Memorial as the “Key Master”. He loved going to Kings games from the time they played at the Long Beach Arena, Forum and now Staples Center. And of course as a true Pedro boy he loved the Dodgers.

He enjoyed attending car shows local and up north with his sister-in-law and brother. His knowledge for cars drove his to watch Nascar and Indy car racing, weather on T.V. or in person at Irwindale and Fontana. He also attended the Chino Air show yearly.

He is preceeded in death by his father Leo Trujillo, mother Margaret Trujillo, brother Danny Trujillo and Niece Estrella Trujillo. He is survived by his brother Mike (Marta) Trujillo, Annette Trujillo, Kathy Trujillo and sister-in-law Olga Trujillo. Nephews Braulio (Juliian) Quesada, Daniel Trujillo, Joshua Trujillo and Matthew Trujillo.

Many aunts, uncles and causins. God must have wanted something that needed fixed and Steve was the only one for the job. Visitation will be held on Friday, 5-7 p.m. followed by a Vigil Service at 7 p.m. at McNerney’s Mortuary Chapel.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, February 16, 2019, 10:30 a.m. at Mary Star of the Sea Church followed by interment at Green Hills Memorial Park.
