Susan E. Kenna, age 70, a resident of Northville, passed away Tuesday March 5, 2019, peacefully at home with her loving family by her side. The daughter of the late William Wheaton and Edith Van Evera (Donald) Sweet. She was employed at various jobs throughout her life, retiring from Townsend Leather in 2012.

Throughout her life she enjoyed many hobbies including horseback riding, boating, upholstering furniture, crossword puzzles and crocheting. She made many blankets for her family to enjoy and cherish. Later in life she enjoyed watching old TV shows and being doted on lovingly by her husband.

She will always be remembered for her sense of humor. The quicker the fall, the louder the laugh. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

On May 24,1986 she married Richard Kenna who survives. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her daughter Jody Dove, mother-in-law Ann Vielleux, father-in-law Michael Kenna. She is survived her her son Nick (Tammy) Insognia of Niskayuna, step-daughter Teri (Todd) Cramer of Northville.

Grandchildren Christiana, Aliyyah, Jameelah, Jovente, Nicholas, Andrew, Zachary, Whitney, Lincoln. Great-grandchildren Ramon, Mia, Grayson, Kenna Rose. Siblings Patrick Wheaton of Missoula, Mt, Kathryn (Jeffrey) Moore of Johnstown, Jane Diviyak of Johnstown, Denise Pearcy of Safford, Az.

, sister-in-law Michelle (Sam) Bonacci of Geneva, NY, brother-in-law Timothy Kenna. Honoring her requests, no services will be held. Memorial contributions to the American Heart Lung Association or a charity of your choice.
