Susan (Oechler) Hall English, 81, of Williamsport, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Valley View nursing Center, Montoursville. She was born in Williamsport on May 13, 1937 to the late Bradley M. and Ember I. (Cooper) Oechler. Susan worked as a secretary for PPL, in the cafeteria for South Williamsport Junior High School and as a secretary for St. Paul Lutheran church.

She loved to bowl, play cards and do puzzles. She especially loved all of her dogs. She is survived by a son, S. Wesley Hall (Pam Erb) of Savannah, GA; three daughters, Linda Snyder (Todd) of South Williamsport, Beth Cillo of Loyalsock, and Kathy McKay (Shawn) of North Fayette Township; six grandchildren, Janelle Wheeland, Serena Hall, Kalynn Wheeland, Jared Wheeland, Raygan McKay and Shawn McKay, and a brother, Bradley Oechler (Delores) of Montoursville.

In addition to her parents, Susan is preceded in death by both of her husbands, Raymond W. Hall, who passed in 1985 and Warren English, who passed in 2016. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12:00pm on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation & Funeral Home, 500 W. Fourth St. Williamsport. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00am until the time of the service.

Burial will be at Liberty Baptist Church, Blanchard. Donations in Susan’s name may be made to the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701. Arrangements were entrusted to Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation & Funeral Home, Williamsport.
