Tammie Gail Doby, age 52, of Sanford, NC, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, December 20, 2018. She was born in Lee County on July 29, 1966 to Russell Doby and the late Patsy Cothran Doby. Tammie worked for many years with her family at Doby’s Trailer Sales.

She is survived by her father Russell Doby; daughter Jennifer Brooke Honeycutt and fiancé Chris of Sanford; and sister Pansy Pope and husband Scott of Sanford. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 1:00 pm with Pastor Brad Marona officiating.
