She was born July 5, 1965 in Tennessee, a faithful employee of Kroger in the Portland Neighborhood for 10 years, a member of the Local 227 and a Baptist. Tammy is survived by her bestie: Kathy Elliott; boyfriend: Michael A. Ware; her beloved Max; and all her “family” at Kroger’s.

Tammy’s visiting will be held Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at J. B. Ratterman & Son Funeral Home, 2114 W. Market Street. Tammy’s Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
