Obituary for Tara Lynn Ghent Cook Mrs. Tara Lynn Ghent Cook, 51, of Lancaster, wife of Jimmy Marvin Cook, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018 at her home. She was born April 30, 1967 in Chester, a daughter of the late Edith Elizabeth Ghent. Mrs. Cook was a member of Catawba Baptist Church and was a nurse.

A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Cook will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at Catawba Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park. Mrs. Cook is survived by her husband, Jimmy Marvin Cook; two sons, Marvin Allen Cook and Matthew Paris Cook both of Lancaster; and a grandson, Carson Hunter Cook.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June19, 2018 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home.
