Tella was born on Tuesday, October 4, 1955, in the Marshall Islands, to Jihu Jihu and Taline Belimon. Tella was a loving mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend.

Tella is preceded in death by her parents, Jihu Jihu and Taline Belimon; two brothers, Monen Jihu and Ben Jihu; and granddaughter, Rosie L. Howard. Tella is survived by two sons, Rodriguez (Rine) Tarbwilin, of Indiana, and Rinest (Tamiko) Tarbwilin, of Springdale; two daughters, Mayrine (Jamore) Henos, of Pocahontas, and Marylou Tarbwilin, of the Marshall Islands; brother, Jita Jihu, of the Marshall Islands; thirteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren. All funeral-related activities will be held in the chapel of the Fears Family Funeral Home, in Pocahontas, Arkansas, on Saturday, March 2, 2019.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Tella’s funeral service will immediately follow, beginning at 3:00 pm. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.
