Teresa Gail Kangas, age 45, of Clinton, MI, passed away, January 25, 2019, at home with her family. She was born February 20, 1973, in Ann Arbor, MI, the daughter of Glenn & Christine (DeBruyne) Kangas, they survive. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her fiance, Garrett Hessling, her children, Timothy Smith, Cody Kangas, Thomas Keller, Mason Keller, Maria Hessling, Tucker Hessling, Chantael and Katie Hessling, granddaughter, Alexa, her siblings, Laura (Christopher) Arrwood, Paula (Michael) Chalupa and Jeffrey (Kristin) Kangas, eight nieces and nephews and a great niece and a great nephew.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Francis & Lillian DeBruyne and Matt & Dorothy Kangas and her cousin, Steven. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 31, 2019, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary Recited at 7:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM Friday, February 1, 2019, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 506 N. Union Street, Tecumseh, M, with Fr.

Daniel Wheeler presiding. Teresa will also lie in state on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the church. Memorial Contributions may be made to Teresa’s family.
