Terrance “Terry” Alessi 61 of Steubenville died Wednesday April 18, 2018 at Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born December 1, 1956 in Clarksburg, WV. He is the son of Eleanor Shields Alessi and the late Kenneth Alessi.

Terry was a member of Triumph of the Cross Catholic Church and was retired from executive food sales and substitute teaching. Surviving in addition to his mother are three daughters, Eleanor Alessi, Angelina (Charles) Daughtry, and Kendra Alessi all of Houston, TX. Two brothers, Kenneth (Kathy) Alessi of Temple, TX and Rikk (Rajia) Alessi of Findlay, OH.

One grandson, Anthony Gutierrez. Terry graduated from Catholic Central High School, class of 1975 and from West Virginia University in 1980, where he played football for four years. Terry was all valley in 1974 & 1975, all Ohio in 1975, and played in the peach bowl in 1975.

Calling hours are Monday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church from 10:00 am until the time of Mass at 12:30pm, Fr. Ryan Gray, celebrant. Entombment will be private at Mt.
