Terry’s Obituary Terry A. Loehr, 64 years, of Fremont, Nebraska died Friday, January 25, 2019 at Nebraska Methodist Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Terry was born May 31, 1954 in Fremont to Charles and Betty (Strong) Loehr. He lived in Fremont and attended Fremont Public schools.

He was employed at Valmont Industries as a Safety Manager for 39 years. Terry married Melody L. Hansen on April 9, 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a member of the Elkhorn Valley Golf Club at Hooper, a Nebraska CCW Instructor, a NRA Certified Pistol Instructor and a NRA Certified Range Safety Officer.

He worked at the Marksman Indoor Range in Waterloo, NE for many years and had a passion for helping people learn firearm safety and become better shooters. Survived by his wife, Melody, Fremont; son, Eric (Jamie) Loehr, Plattsmouth, Nebraska; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Keith and Rosemary Hansen, Fremont; stepmother, Leona Loehr, Fremont; sisters-in-law, Marilee Hansen and Denise (Todd) Gilroy all of Omaha; stepsister, Linda (Bob) Ward, Papillion, Nebraska; nieces and nephews and his beloved and faithful dog “Millie”. Memorial Service 10 A.M., Monday, January 28, 2019 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont.

Memorial visitation with family receiving friends will be Sunday from 5 PM to 7 PM at Moser Memorial Chapel. Burial at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family.
