Terry Dean Spivey, Jr., age 30, of Fairmont, NC, died Tuesday, May 1, 2018 in UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. Born February 8, 1988 in Columbus County, NC, he was the son Terry Dean Spivey, Sr. of Polkton, NC and the late Linda Lee Cannon Spivey. He is survived by his fiancée, Queen Hernandez; one daughter, Lynsey Alyssa Spivey; five brothers, Jerry Dean Spivey and wife, Tabitha of Jamestown, SC, Nicholas Wayne Spivey and wife, Karen of Portsmouth, VA, Travis Prince of Conway, SC, Jeffrey Chavis of Clinton, SC, Frankie Chavis of Clinton, SC; one sister, Hope Leann Spivey of Whiteville, NC; Grandmother, Lela Olivia Ruiz-Rosario.

His graveside service will be Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Ruiz-Rosario & Spivey Cemetery by Rev. Gary Ledbetter. The cemetery is located at 1001 Oak Dale Church Rd.
