Obituary for Terry Edward Bishop BISHOP – Terry Edward, 71, of Broken Arrow, passed away May 3, 2018 after fighting a courageous battle against heart disease for many years. His family is forever grateful for the exceptional care he received from his cardiologists, Dr. W. Ross and Dr. Sandra Rodriguez. Terry was born February 21, 1947 to Jack and Rolleen (Fewel) Bishop.

After graduating from Northeastern State University, he established a successful career in retail and as a small business owner. Terry took great pride in the unconditional love and support he continually provided his family and cherished friends. Terry, beloved husband, father, son-in-law, brother, “PawPaw” and uncle is survived by: high school sweetheart and wife of 47 years, Patty (Katakozinos) Bishop of Broken Arrow; children, Chris Bishop and wife, Natalie of Broken Arrow; Micah Bishop and wife, Nikki of Coweta; mother-in-law, Muriel Katakozinos; sisters, Jacque Knapp, and husband, Steve; Karen and David Franklin; brother, Bruce Bishop and wife Laurie; sister-in-law, Beverly Speck and husband, Gene; grandchildren, Natalie Suarez, Blake, Jack, Dylan, Damon and Dean Bishop; nieces and nephews, Blanca Knapp, Susana Jackman and husband, Jeremy, Ron Franklin and wife , Shellie, Scott Franklin and wife, Tara, Erin Bishop, Tracy Neisent and husband, Lawrence, Tammy Daugherty and husband, Dwayne.

Terry has an extended family too numerous to mention. His parents, Jack and Rolleen Bishop and his father-in-law, Mike Katakozinos, of Muskogee, preceded Terry in death. A private, family service will be held followed by a Celebration of Life Gathering hosted by his family.
