Theresa Nolan (nee Somma) age 77 years of Deptford, formerly of Paulsboro, died Friday March 22, 2019 with her family by her side. She was born and raised in South Philly and graduated from Woodbury High School in 1959. Mrs. Nolan later graduated from Gloucester County College as a certified nurse’s aide.

For many years she worked at St. John of God in Westville and later at Shady Lane in Clarksboro. Mrs. Nolan enjoyed listening to the opera and classic rock as well as writing and painting. She is survived by her children, Mary and David Haynes of Paulsboro, Patrick and Jennifer Nolan of Mt.

Royal, John Paul Nolan Jr. of Paulsboro, Michael Nolan of Palmyra; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Michele, Chelsea, Heather, Angel and Julia; her great grandchildren, David, Lorrelei, Emma and Willow; her sister, Joanna Sorensen of Gloucester Township and many cousins. Mrs. Nolan was predeceased by her son, Jerome “Jerry” Nolan. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday March 28, 2019 in the McBride – Foley Funeral Home, 228 W. Broad St., Paulsboro.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family Thursday morning after 9:30 AM until service time. Inurnment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Swedesboro. Memories can be shared at www.
