Obituary for Theresa R. Valera Hampton Beach – Theresa Rose Valera, 75, of Hampton Beach, died Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Exeter Hospital after a period of failing health. She was born July 10, 1943 in Leominster, MA a daughter of the late Joseph and Endonia (Pascarelli) Ingemi. Theresa was raised in Leominster and attended local schools there.

She worked as a quality control inspector for Digital Equipment Corporation for 18 years retiring in 2005. Family was most important to Theresa and she enjoyed cooking for the gatherings of family. She also enjoyed living by the ocean, shopping and taking trips to Foxwoods.

Theresa became a year round resident of Hampton Beach in 2010 after summering here since 1986. She made her home in Gardner, MA prior to that. She shared 52 years of marriage with her husband Frank Valera.

In addition to her husband, she leaves her daughter Jennifer Richard and her husband Maurice, her grandson Zachary Norton all of Hampton Beach, her brother Joseph Ingemi and his wife Sharron of Ashby, MA, her sister Joanne Thibadeau and her husband Albert of Leominster, MA, nieces and nephews. There will be no visiting hours. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, 289 Lafayette Road, Hampton.
