Obituary for Theresa V. Morrison Theresa V. Morrison, age 90, a resident of Speculator died Friday May 4, 2018 at the Halifax Health Hospice in Edgewater Florida. She was born on January 28, 1928 in Gloversville, NY. The daughter of the late Martin George and Mary Kenny Bennett.

She was a graduate of Gloversville High School. She was employed by the Speculator Department Store, worked at the Lake Pleasant School Cafeteria and lastly as the Librarian for the Lake Pleasant Library for 30 years. On June 14, 1947 She married Clarence Morrison.

He predeceased her September 28, 2014. Survivors include her daughter; Linda (Clifford) Slack of Lake Pleasant. Grandson; John (Kendra) Slack and beloved great-granddaughter; Avery Marie Slack all of Tolland, CT.

One brother; Richard Bennett of Johnstown. She was predeceased by her husband and her daughter; Patricia Morrison and her sisters; Helen, and Shirley, and brother George. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. James Catholic Church on Monday May 14, 2018 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Fish Mountain Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lake Pleasant Library. Arrangements are under the direction and care of the Northville Funeral Home. Condolences may be made to the family online at www.
