Obituary for Deacon Joseph S. Pagano Deacon Joseph S. Pagano, age 73, a resident of Northville passed away on October 26, 2018 at the River Ridge Living Center in Amsterdam. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 11, 1945. The son of the late Salvatore and Gloria Tandiorio Pagano.

He was a United States Marine serving from 1962 to 1966. He was employed for many years as a salesman in the printing industry. Lastly employed by JCP Graphics in Mayfield.

Joe had his Ordination as Deacon of the Roman Catholic Church on May 23, 1998 in Rockville Centre, NY. When he moved to Northville he was accepted into the Albany Diocese under Bishop Howard Hubbard. Joe was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He enjoyed hunting. Survivors include his wife; Carol Pagano of Northville. Two sons; Chad (Jennifer) Pagano of Oceanside, Long Island and Joseph (Charity) Pagano of Northville.

One brother; Ronald Pagano of Maryland. Seven grandchildren; Madison, Joseph, Emma, Emily, Vincent, Salvatore and Luca. Two nephews; Matthew (Jen) Pagano and Jason Pagano.

He was predeceased by his son Jeffrey Pagano on December 12, 2015. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday October 29, 2018 at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church from 4 to 6 p.m. where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Arrangements are under the direction and care of the Northville Funeral Home.
