NEIGHBOURS Sr., Thomas A., 85, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019. He retired as the Director of Data Processing for the old Naval Ordnance and was a proud Air Force veteran. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Donna Neighbours; children, Thomas Neighbours Jr. (Jennifer), Jon Vergiels (Rayna) and Summer Vergiels (Graham); and grandchildren, Michael Wheatley, Justin Harp, Kayla Vergiels, Cameron Harp, Micah Vergiels, Ashtyn Neighbours, Ayden Neighbours, Monty Vergiels and Myron Vergiels.

His celebration of life service will be held Saturday 10 a.m. at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr. with entombment in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation 3-8 p.m. Friday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus.
