Tiffany Marie Witham, 36, Knox, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018. Born in Crawfordsville on June 17, 1982, she was the daughter of James M. and Carolyn M. Roth Witham, who survive in Star City. Tiffany was a private caregiver.

Also surviving are son, Hayden Schambers; daughter, Taylor Brockett; sister, Renee (Dick) Sholty, Logansport; niece and nephew, Brandilyn and Caleb; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by son, Austin Crawford. A private family service will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery South, Pulaski.
