He was 46. The son of the late Walter Heller Sr. and Patricia Petrie Heller, he was born March 24, 1972 in Newburgh, New York.

He was the widower of Laura Heller. Survivors include his Sons, Cody & Ethan Heller at home Daughter Sara Heller Brother Warren Heller of Newburgh Sister Christine McVeigh & her husband Tony of New Jersey Brother Walter Overfield and his wife Carrie of Wallkill Brother Michael Heller of Kingston A memorial service is pending. .
