Tim, an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan, was the guy you wanted to be around. He never criticized or judged and could always find the good in everyone. His blue eyes, easy smile and gentle manner was soothing to everyone around him.
Tim loved his family and friends deeply and sincerely. Tim worked all of his life beginning at age 15. He retired from Schneider National Carriers in 2013 after 27 years and 2 million miles of safe driving.
He loved fishing with his brothers and friends at Kettle Creek, but most of all, he enjoyed every moment with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom they lovingly referred to as “Pops”. Special thanks to the staff at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Palliative Care Unit; Samuel Massoud, MD; and Fr. William Rosenbaum of Saint Clement Catholic Church, who cared for and comforted Tim through his courageous battle with cancer.
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland where Vigil Service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Saint Clement Catholic Church. Father William E. Rosenbaum, Pastor.
