Vearl M. Loader, age 89, of Columbus, Ohio passed on January 15th 2019. Vearl was a Colonel in the U.S. Army, a veteran of the Korean War, and retired longtime employee of Parker-Hannefin. Vearl was preceded in death by: parents, Grand O. and Ester M. Loader; sister, Vida; and two nephews.

Vearl is survived by: wife, Gloria; and canine companion Annie. Vearl was a graduate of Newcornerstown High School and the Ohio State University with a Masters Degree in Engineering. He was a member of Overbrook Presbyterian Church, a life member of OSU Alumni Association, life member of ASM (American Society of Metals) and AWS (American Welding Society).

A graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery at 1 PM on Tuesday January 22, 2019. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Overbrook Presbyterian Church or Capital Arena Humane Society. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Vearl M Loader please visit our Sympathy Store.
