Victor Lee Davis of Kansas City, Missouri August 28, 1952 – February 3, 2019 Victor L. Davis was born August 28, 1952, in Kansas City, MO to the union of William Lee Davis and Mayme E. Turner Davis. He was preceded in death by both parents, three brothers, Charles P. Davis, Ralph M. Davis and John O. Davis and a sister, Olga D. Davis. Victor graduated 1972, from East High School in Kansas City, MO, He was honorably discharged from the United States Navy Reserve in 1978.

He went on to attend Penn Valley Community College receiving an Associated Degree in Applied Science in 1979. Victor was employed as a Water Plant Operator for the City of Kansas City, MO. He retired February 1, 2003, after thirty one years of service.

Victor enjoyed reading, volunteering, jazz music, his job and family. He leaves to cherish his memory: two brothers, Paul D. Davis and William P. Davis; sister, Carmen M. Davis; uncle, Waldo Turner; aunt, Lois Clayton of McKinney, TX; two nephews, Aaron P. Davis and David S. Davis and a host of other relatives and friends. Services for Mr. Davis will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 23, 2019, at E. S. Eley & Sons Chapel.

Burial Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at the chapel.
