Viola Jenkins February 20, 1924 – January 08, 2019 Share this obituary Local Florists View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Viola Jenkins, age 94 of Randolph, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Randolph Health Services. Viola was born February 20th 1924, to parents Myrtie (Roberts) and Everett Bradley in Courtland Township, Columbia County. After high school in Randolph, she worked at the Milwaukee Journal.

She was married to Bruce Jenkins in January of 1952. Viola lived in the Randolph area until 1972, when she and her husband moved to Vail, Colorado and managed condos in the area for eight years. In 1980, the traveling duo moved onto Western Colorado to semi-retire until 1991, when they retired back to the Randolph area.

Viola loved traveling to the Rocky Mountains and the warm southwestern desert, watching the humming birds and big horn sheep and had a life-long passion for reading. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce and son, Richard. She is survived by 3 children, son, James Jenkins of Georgetown, Texas, son, Charles Jenkins of Cambria, Wisconsin, and daughter, Nancy Gehring of Fitchburg, Wisconsin; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 1 brother, William Bradley of Beaver Dam.

A grave-side service will be planned for the spring. The family is very grateful for the kindness and wonderful care received for Viola from the staff of Randolph Community SNF and Beaver Dam Hillside Hospice. Randolph Community Funeral Home is assisting the family.
