Virginia M. Carberry, 92 years, died April 15, 2018 at the Little Flower Care Center in Earling, Iowa. She was born October 7, 1925 in rural Monona County, Iowa to Lester and Bernice (Madison) Goodman. She was a cafeteria cook for the St. Albert Schools from 1965 to 1997.

She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and active in the Altar and Rosary Society. She is preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and one brother. She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Gove… Read More » (Robert) and Jean Thomas (Mike); her granddaughter, Sherri Schmidt (Carl) and two grandsons, Adam (Edna Gutierrez) and Jonathan Thomas (Kristine Norris); great grandchildren, Cole and Peyton Schmidt Private graveside services will be held at the Cedar Lawn Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the St. Peters Catholic Church.
