Obituary for Walter Lamar Hoskins Walter Lamar Hoskins, age 59, passed away on Wednesday December 19. He worked for many years as a stone mason and in construction until he became disabled from health problems. He dearly loved his friends, their band and, of, course fishing and hunting.

He graduated from Church Hill High School where he loved playing football for the Panthers. He is predeceased by: Parents, Walter and Barbara Hoskins from Church Hill, Sister, Sheila Lee from Lawton, OK and Brother, Brian Hoskins from Church Hill. He is survived by: Sister, Lesa Patte’ from Charlotte, NC, Niece, Crystal (Michael) Fisher from NC, Nephews, John Lee (fiancé Anh) from San Francisco, CA, Chris Patte’ from Shanghai, China, James Lee from NC, an Aunt, many Cousins and tons of good friends.

The Family will be holding a Celebration of Life and River Float in Lamar’s memory this summer, as he would have wanted. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Wildlife Association of their choice.
