Wanda’s Obituary Miss Wanda S. Locklear, age 73, of Fairmont passed away Friday, February 8, 2019 in Richmond County. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 10, 2019 at 3:00pm at Cedar Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Rodney Hunt and Bro.

Pablo Sarmiento. Burial will follow in Lumbee Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Sunday, February 10, 2019 from 2:00pm until 3:00pm at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Fairmont.

Wanda was born October 17, 1945 in Durham County. She worked many years as a nurse. She was preceded in death by her parents, Welton Locklear, Sr. (Toogan) and Rosa McGirt Locklear; two brothers, Welton Locklear Jr. and Clint Locklear; a sister, Dorothy Clark.

She is survived by three brothers, Curtis Locklear (Mary), H.G. Locklear (Rosa) and Ricky Locklear (Iris) all of Fairmont; a special niece, Pam Locklear (Donald); several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
