Wanda (Tomasaewski) Tymek, 77, of Brockton, passed away May 6, 2018. Raised in Wilno, Poland, she was the daughter of the late William and Jennifer Tomasaewski. Wanda immigrated to the U.S. in 1964.

A talented seamstress, she had worked at Mayflower Coat for many years, and later at Davis Clothing until her retirement. She was a social butterfly who enjoyed dancing and cooking. Wanda was the wife of the late Marian Wolejszo; beloved mother of Andrew Tymek and his wife Heather of Brockton, and the late Elzbieta Zawadzki; mother-in-law of Michael Zawadzki of Virginia; grandmother of Christopher Hoffman, Kristin E. Tymek, Katie A. Tymek, Andrew P. Tymek and Victoria Zawadzki; great-grandmother of Anthony, Angel, Aiden and Alana.

Wanda also leaves many dear relatives in Poland and many friends in the local Polish community. Services are private.
