Obituary of Warren Dymond WARREN “SCOTT” DYMOND April 8, 1968 ~ September 1, 2018 Hurleyville, NY Warren “SCOTT” Dymond of Hurleyville passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at home with his loving family by his side. He was 50. Scott was the son of the late Roy Dymond and Myrtle Warren Dymond, born on April 8, 1968 in Liberty, NY.

Scott grew up in Dymond City where all his life skills and hobbies were learned. He was an avid outdoorsman, a mechanic that could fix anything with a motor or not. He worked for the Village of Ellenville for many years as a heavy equipment mechanic.

He was a proud member of the NRA. Scott is survived by his loving wife, Debi Dymond at home; his mother, Myrtle Dymond; siblings: Elma “Titi” Dunn, Barbara Dymond, Cindy Michelson, Douglas Dymond, Matthew Dymond, Lori Smith, Caroline Clark, Janet Dymond, Faith Dymond and Donald Dymond. He is also survived by his pride and joy stepson, Patrick Murry, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Scott was predeceased by his father, Roy; brothers, Roy Jr. and Mark and sister, Susan Dymond. Scott and Debi wish to thank everyone who has been there for them during this very difficult time with a special thanks going to Cindy Gilmoure, Dr. Robert Dinsmore, Dr. Eianell and Renee Hook. Memorial contributions in his memory may be sent to ORMC Spagnoli Family Cancer Center, 707 E. Main St., Middletown, NY 10940.

As per Scott’s wishes, family will gather at 11 a.m., Tuesday, September 4th at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY to proceed to Furman Cemetery in Yeagerville, NY for a graveside service, followed by a gathering at the home of Scott and Debi for a celebration of his life.
