Mr. Wayne Vixen Baber, age 69, of Lewisburg, died Monday, November 12, 2018 at Maury Regional Hospital. Mr. Baber was a native of Charlottesville, Virginia, the son of the late Buford Ellis and Mrs. Audrey Mae Critzer Baber. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Buford H. Baber.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mary Louise McAdams Baber, and one sister, Donna (Jake) Guepe of Gainesville, Virginia. He retired as a tool and die machinist from Sanford Corporation after 45 years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and a member of the Cherry Avenue Christian Church in Charlottesville, VA.

Mr. Baber enjoyed golf, fishing, and fellowship with family and friends, and the outdoor sunshine. Mr. Baber’s body will be cremated, with a memorial service to be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 17, 2018. Visitation with the family will begin on Friday, November 16, 2018 from 4:00 until 8:00 pm and will continue on Saturday until the service.
