Wesley Allen Miller, 65, of Dawson passed away at home on October 28, 2018. A memorial service will be held at Herod Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2018. Pastor Jack Ray and Dr. Emil Askew will officiate.

Allen was born in Albany, Georgia on July 27, 1953. He was a member of Herod Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Verlin Miller and Geraldine Smith Miller and a sister, Gail Ugalde.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Brown Miller; children, Jody Miller (Rebecca), Jennifer Payne (Trey), Kelly Haviland (Thomas) and Kevin Davis; and nine grandchildren.
