Wilbur Dean Morgan, 89, of Cogan Station, formerly of Trucksville, Pa. , died peacefully, Wednesday, April 25 at UPMC-Susquehanna Williamsport with his family by his side. Born Sept.

21, 1921, in Courtdale, Pa. , he was the son of Theron and Laura (Williams) Morgan. He married Anne Tincofski on August 26, 1950.

He was a graduate of Larksville High School and a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II. Wilbur worked many years in the grocery and restaurant industries. Surviving in addition to his wife are three children, Diane M. Gonzalez (Rick), of Cogan Station, David P. Morgan (Debbie), of Southport, N.C., and Dawn A. Walsh (Richard), of Cogan Station; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lorraine York, of White Haven.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date to be decided by his family.
