Obituary for William “Bill” Cochran Mr. William Oakley (Bill) Cochran of Fairburn passed away on December 15, 2018. Bill was the son of the late Marvin Gerald and Jewel Oakley Cochran. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Dorothy Kitchens Cochran; daughter, Kelly Susan Cochran (DVM) of Cumming; granddaughter, Mary-Grace Katherine Trogdon; and a brother, Marvin Gerald Cochran, Jr and his wife, Dodi of Flovilla, GA; Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 11 o’clock at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Rev.
