William “Bill” Owens, 53, of Dandridge, TN passed away May 26, 2019 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born in Pikeville, KY on November 11, 1965, a son of the late Clifford Edsel and Velda Dotson Owens. He was a former resident of Elkhorn, KY and was living in Dandridge, TN at the time of his passing.

He worked for the City of Pigeon Forge, TN. He loved fishing and sports, especially the University of Kentucky. William is survived by his two daughters, Norah Owens and Julia Owens both of Johnson City, TN; four siblings, Connie Owens and husband Winn of Dandridge, TN, Robert “Bob” Owens and wife Minnie of Chesapeake, VA, James “Pokey” Owens and wife Karen of Dorton, KY, and Henry “Jake” Owens and wife Susie of Raccoon, KY; two aunts, Rebecca Dotson and Myrna Spears; two nephews, Jason and Devan; two nieces, Becky and Kelsey; special friends, Billy Inman, Greg Woods and wife Angie, and James Jackson; high school friend, Julie Hale Ross and family; work friends, Lester and Allen and many others; lifelong friends, Barry, Brad, and Chad Stiltner; and many other friends and family.
