OBITUARY William Carol Butt Sr. May 30, 1936 – September 22, 2018 William Carol Butt, Sr., 83, of Forest passed away Saturday, September 22, 2018 at his residence. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Alice Harris Butt. Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, May 30, 1936, he was the son of the late William Francis Butt and Hazel Woodruff Butt.

He was retired from Simplimatic Engineering and was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. One brother, Jimmy Butt and two sisters, Betty Westbrook and Sister Frances preceded him in death.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children, Debbie Butt Ayres and her husband Tony of Forest, William C. Butt, Jr. of Huddleston, Michael Butt and his wife Sita of San Diego, CA, Cindy Butt Dearing and her husband Lee of Forest and Mark Alan Butt of LaHabra, CA; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel. Inurnment service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Virginia Memorial Park with the Rev.
