Fillmore — William D. Clark of 7583 Higgins Creek Road, died Thursday, May 31, 2018 in Olean General Hospital. He was born on May 19, 1943 in Rushford, a son of the late R. Dean and Eleanor Williams Clark. Bill loved draft horses, horse pulls, auctions, country and gospel music, playing his guitar and raccoon hunting.

He was a former District Foreman for the Allegany County Highway Department in Rushford. Surviving are a son, Harlie D. Clark of Nunda, his siblings, Elizabeth (Douglas) Worthington of Rushford, Orpha (Tim) Holland of Sandusky, Calvin (Susan) Clark of Houghton, Jerry (Dawen) Clark of Rushford and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a daughter, Sandra Dee Clark in 1967 and a brother David J. Clark in 2018.

Family and friends may gather from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 and from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N Genesee Street, Fillmore where a funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm. His nephew Jerry Clark will officiate. Burial will be in White Cemetery, Rushford.
