William Earl Jenkins, 77, of Phenix City, AL, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018. A committal service will be held at 1pm Monday, September 17, 2018 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.

Mr. Jenkins was born in Graceville, FL, to the late Sam Jenkins and Katie Mae Sharon Jenkins. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by 11 brothers, three he was very close to, Elton, Elbert and Jimmy. Mr. Jenkins is survived by 2 daughters, Judy Carpenter and husband Bill, Penny Barrow and husband Don, 3 sons, William D. Jenkins and wife Maxine, David E. Jenkins and wife Wanda and Mark Allen Chapman and wife Alice; sister, Dorothy Sasser and husband JT; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family along with many caring friends.
