William V. (Scotty) Hale, 95, of Litchfield, IL and previously of Old Broughton Road in Eldorado, IL, died Wednesday, March 6th, 2019 at 4:32 P.M. at St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield, IL. Mr. Hale was born in Junction, IL on March 28, 1923 to the late James R. Hale and Maggie Hale of Eagle Creek township. Both of them preceded him in death.

He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Teamsters Union.
