William Vernon Chisolm, known to his family and friends as “Will” or “Bill”, 65, of Delta, PA passed away in his home on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Born November 5, 1952 in Baltimore, MD, he was a son of the late Zachariah and Dorothy (Moore) Chisolm. At 17 years old, he joined the Navy and served honorably for 20 years.

During his time in the service, he helped to raise his family in Oak Harbor, WA on Whidbey Island and retired there. William enjoyed all things sci-fi and liked to “watch” the family play games. He always insisted he didn’t want to play but then jumped in to help all the teams.

William’s three daughters will always remember him for his kind and loving heart, quick wit and stellar sense of humor. During his years in Delta, William was lovingly cared for by his sister, Anna Meszaros. He will be remembered forever by his family and friends.

William will be lovingly remembered by: His three daughters China Hageman, Dorothy Chisolm Wilma LeDuc His three grandchildren Brendan Shaw, Mia Edwards and Ethan Edwards He will be deeply missed by his loving brother, Richard, sister, Anna, sister-in-law, Laura, brother-in-law, George Meszaros, his two aunts, Linda Martin & Myrt Dowling. He will also be missed by his nieces, nephews and cousins. William is also preceded in death by two brothers, John & Donald Chisolm.
