Mariano (D’Arrigo), Yolanda of Winthrop passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 24, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Angelo Mariano. Devoted mother of Paul Mariano and wife Kathy, Diane Spinucci, Janice Hemming and husband Richard, Anthony and wife Tricia, Brian Mariano and wife Eleanor, David Mariano and wife Kristen, Lenny Mariano and wife Debra.

Loving sister of Joseph D’Arrigo, Olga Costa and the late Frank D’Arrigo and Ann Sidoti. Cherished grandmother of fourteen grandchildren. Adored great-grandmother of nine great-grandchildren.

Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather on Saturday, July 28th at St. Joseph- St. Lazarus Church, 59 Ashely Street, East Boston for a 10:00 A.M. Mass celebrating Yolanda’s life. Services will conclude with Yolanda being laid to rest with her husband, Angelo, in the Belle Island section of Winthrop Cemetery, 100 Kennedy Drive, Winthrop.

In honoring Yolanda’s life, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, 313 Washington Street, Suite 310, Newton, MA 02458.
