He was born in Caney, Oklahoma to Bill and Lois (Brister) Simpson. AB graduated from Texas Tech University and was the owner and operated Simpson Equipment Inc

He was preceded in death by his parents. AB is survived by his wife Donna Kay; sons, Brent Simpson (Amy), Doug Simpson (Leigh Ann); grandchildren, Lauren Levendsky (Josh), Haley Botello (David), John Kyle Simpson and Fiancé Logan Hendrix, Madeline Long; great-grandchildren, Samuel and Gabe; sisters, Mildred Martin and Fadre Simpson; brothers, Floyd Simpson and Douglas Simpson; and many other family members and friends. In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the Integris Hospice House % Integris Foundation at 3030 Northwest Expressway Suite 1600, OKC, OK 73112 AB will be remembered as a loving father, husband, brother, son and a good friend to many he will be greatly missed.
