He is preceded in the death by his parents and Zachary Kane. Floyd is survived by his wife Genene; daughters, Rhonda Shaver (Jim), Kim Kane (Chuck); sister Delores Nickel; grandchildren, Bailey Murrah (Jonathan), Miranda Shaver, Garrett Shaver, Mackenzie Kane, Cassidy Kane; and many other family members and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 9, 2018 at the funeral home from 1-8 pm with family receiving guests from 1-3 pm. Services to celebrate his life will be 10 am, Monday, December 10, 2018 in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service with burial to follow at Yukon Cemetery.
