Adid Castillo, 86 of Perth Amboy, NJ, passed away peacefully at JFK Hospital with her family by her side. Adid was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic and later came to Perth Amboy where she raised her beloved family. She loved playing cards, dominoes, scratch-off’s and going to Casinos.

She was a avid member of Vida Church in Perth Amboy. Adid is preceeded in death by her cherished husband, Jose A Castillo, loving parents Felix and Carmelita (Gnellon) Acosta, along with many siblings She is survived by six devoted children, ten beloved grandchildren, three adored siblings. Visiting is on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

We will begin to leave at 9:15am on Thursday, February 28, 2019 for a Funeral Mass at 10am at Vida Church. Interment will follow at Alpine Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.
