He then served in the Navy Reserves until the age of 62. Albert loved his family, his country, and most of all, loved the life that God gave him. At 62, Pops was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Even through his 14 year journey, he continued to love his family. He lived with dignity and served his country by inspiring and helping Alzheimer’s/Dementia families, all while having his family and loyal Chappie Bird by his side. We cannot say goodbye to Pops because his legacy will live on.
