Albert’s Obituary Albert H. Anderson, age 72, of Nappanee, died at 2:30 am, Monday, March 4, 2019 at his home of natural causes. He was born February 17, 1947 in Los Angeles, CA to Albert A. and Patricia (Boggio) Anderson. Mr. Anderson was a graduate of El Monte High School.

He was a proud Army Veteran of the Viet Nam War. Albert has lived in Nappanee for over 35 years and had worked at Fairmont Home and Hart Housing. Albert loved his co-workers at Fairmont and loved his country.

He worked with South Central Newfoundland Rescue. He had rescued and adopted 3 Newfoundlands. Surviving is his companion of 31 years, Nancy Anderson; son, David (Melony) Anderson, Nappanee; grandchildren, Alexander and Gabriella Anderson, both of Nappanee; a sister, Carol (Mike) Poisal, Pahrump, NV; and his best friend, Dale Amato, Nappanee.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Anderson. Family and friends may call from 4-8, Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am, Friday, March 8th also at the Funeral Home.

His nephew, Alan Liechty will officiate and burial with Military Graveside rites will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
