Edinburg, Texas Mr. Alexander Gabriel Navarro Perez entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the age of 33 years. Alex,as he was lovingly known by his family and friends, was born on September 29, 1985 in Poniac, Illinois to Adalberto Perez and Sylvia Navarro. Alex was a long time resident of Edinburg, Alex graduated from Edinburg HIgh School Class of 2004.

ALex was employed with the Hidalgo County Tax office since 2015 at the San Juan Office. Alex enjoyed watching racing events. He was a big fan of Nascar and his Dallas Cowboys.

Alex will dearly be missed by his family his friends and his co workers. Alex was preceded in death by his maternal grand parents-Gabriel “Grover” Navarro,Jr. , and Amelia G. Navarro; Paternal grandmother-Emma M. Perez Left to cherish Alex memory is his mother; Sylvia Perez; step father-Ronny Perez; His father Adalberto Perez,Jr.

; His daughter-Kayleigh Autumn Perez; Siblings- Albie Perez III, Andrew K. Perez, Aisha A. Perez; Niece and nephews- Mila Grace Perez, Aiden J. Estrada and Jett M.Perez. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Rivera Funeral Home,1910 Pecan Blvd. in McAllen from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a celebration of life service to begin at 7:00 PM with Monsignor Juan NIcolau officiating.

Cremation service will follow at later date. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen.
