Alfred Henry Kitchenmaster, Jr September 29, 1934 – February 17, 2019 Share this obituary Upload Photo| Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Sympathy Card Mr. Alfred Henry Kitchenmaster Jr., of Brook Park, MN, passed away February 17, 2019 at the age of 84 surrounded by family. Alfred was born to parents, Alfred Sr. and Gladys, of Circle Pines, MN in 1934. He grew up the second eldest of seven and attended Hannibal Schools in Wisconsin.

He enlisted in the US Army and served in the Korean War in the 1950s. Alfred married Sharlene Cartier after returning from military service. They were married for 44 years and had five children: Dale Kitchenmaster (Tammy), Mark Kitchenmaster (Deborah), Alan Kitchenmaster, Anita Kitchenmaster (Mike Flansburg), Jerome Kitchenmaster (Robin).

Alfred retired from the University of St. Thomas, following 20 years of service. Alfred is survived by his sisters: Deloris, Lila, Carol, and Janis; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharlene, and by his brother Richard and sister Bernice.

Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of his life at the Hinckley Community Center, date to be announced. Arrangements by Tatting-Methven Funeral Home of Hinckley, MN.
