Obituary for Alfredder “Fred” Coleman Elder Alfredder “Fred” Coleman, 73, of Powder Springs, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018. A funeral service will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Turner Chapel AME Church in Marietta, with Dr. Kevin R. Murriel officiating. Mr. Coleman is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Annie Ruth Coleman; his son, Kelvin Coleman (Ebony), of Villa Rica, GA; his mother Arzulia O’Neal, of Lawnside, NJ; two brothers, Ronald Coleman (Geraldine) of Woodbury, NJ, Leslie Coleman, of San Diego, CA; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Fred Coleman Bus Ministry at Alexander Chapel UMC, PO Box 92, Cartersville, GA, 30120. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Wednesday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home & Crematory, Macland Chapel, in Powder Springs.
