Alice Lorraine Smith, Age 86, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2017 and is now with her loving husband Ted Smith, who she married on June 21, 1969. Together they lived in Lake Odessa until his passing in 2003. Alice was born in Hastings on March 22, 1931.

She was preceded in death by her parents Walter Hawkins and Hilda Blackford, step father Lloyd Blackford, siblings Joyce Hawkins, Ruth Hinckley, son Jon Erickson, grandson David Sweeney and step daughter Sandra Smith. Alice leaves behind: her children Raymond “Butch” (Roxanne) Keller, Walt (Stacey) Keeler, Larry Keeler, James (Annelise) Vandlen and Brenda Sweeney, step children Carol Hurless, Marcia Kill, Robert Smith and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be laid to rest with a Graveside Service in Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa, MI on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
